When people ask how I became a multimedia storyteller, I usually smile and say: “One project at a time.” My journey started over 20 years ago in Ukraine, where I picked up my first professional video camera while still a student. What began as curiosity quickly turned into a passion, then into a career — and now, a mission.
Growing up in Kyiv, I was always drawn to stories — not just telling them, but building them. I taught myself photography and video editing by experimenting with early software and borrowed gear. I learned what light does to a face. What a cut can do to emotion. How silence can be louder than words. Over time, I expanded my skills across directing, filming, post-production, and even motion graphic animation. By the time I co-founded a media platform in 2014, I was managing everything from documentary shoots to weekly broadcast digests in three languages.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients — from grassroots nonprofits and global NGOs to universities and tech startups. I’ve produced educational video courses, social campaigns, political explainers, and humanitarian stories. But what connects all these projects is people: their challenges, hopes, and the desire to communicate something real. That’s what excites me most — helping others bring their message to life through meaningful visual content as a multimedia storyteller.
Now, after relocating to the United States, I’m excited to start a new chapter. I bring with me not only years of experience as a multimedia video producer, but also a European documentary aesthetic, a deep respect for authenticity, and a workflow that combines high quality with fast delivery. I’m currently based in the Washington D.C. area and open to collaborating with nonprofits, creative agencies, mission-driven companies, and individuals looking to tell their story through film, photography, or motion graphics.
Whether it’s a promo for a cause, a founder’s story, or a documentary-style explainer, I’m here to help you craft content that feels true, looks beautiful, and connects with your audience — the way only a multimedia storyteller can.
